Third Grade

I first aspired to be a teacher when I was in the second grade and have actively pursued that goal from that point on. I attended parochial schools, where I was voted “Most Likely To Become a Teacher” in both eighth grade and as a senior in high school. I continued my education at the University of Southern California where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education. During this time, I worked at Shenandoah Elementary and Weemes Elementary in a first grade and third grade classroom. I am also working on my Masters in Education in the years to come. Over the years I have tutored students of all ages, volunteered in classrooms, and worked for various educational programs for children in elementary schools.

It is a blessing to be working with children, since children are indeed our future. I have learned invaluable lessons from my students and I take these lessons with me to every new classroom. I am looking forward to beginning my career at Peninsula Heritage School, where I will meet new students that will continue to inspire and teach me in all facets of life.

I am a local resident of Rolling Hills Estates, born and raised just a few blocks away from the school. I live with my parents, younger brother, and younger sister, in addition to our newest member of the family, Brodie, our American Lab. I enjoy reading, traveling, the outdoors, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.
